The Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager within our Corporate Performance Management team, to fill an 11-month contract position in our Melbourne office.

Self-sufficiency and the ability to work with and manage a team environment are a must for this role.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Managing client's deliverables as per the customer contracts;
  • Running weekly status meetings with customers, presenting reports;
  • Monitoring and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance;
  • Highlighting problem issues for resolution;
  • Providing an escalation point for issues (both customer and internal) and ensure escalations are appropriately actioned;
  • Constantly assessing customer feedback and satisfaction, and implementing performance improvement;
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels;
  • Ensure timely delivery of services;
  • Ensuring clear communication;
  • Working with the AM/BDM to manage the customer relationships;
  • Maintaining relationships with technical teams, IT and business partners

As the successful applicant you will come with:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Client Delivery Manager in a Consulting environment
  • Understanding of Analytics and Business Intelligence is required
  • ·Experience with TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive, or any CPM tool is preferred
  • Background in Finance is preferred
  • Good communication skills is essential
