A job is available at a leading government organisation for a Video Conferencing Support Officer to provide professional, efficient and timely support to the video and telepresence network.
Your new role
Your job as a Video Conferencing Support Officer will be to provide training and user documentation for video conferencing. This job involves you enabling the delivery of quality video and conferencing services across the organisation. Your specific deliverables will include;
- Assist with maintaining and development of the organisations VC and AV equipment.
- Provide user support and resolution of technical problems supporting Cisco, Polycom, Skype for business and PEXIP.
- Assist with Bridging and connecting Video conferencing calls from one location to another
- Assume ownership of customer’s Video Conferencing Support issues. Escalate where necessary, following tickets through to resolution, while providing appropriate updates to the end user
- Provide timely support for VC and AV and commissioning new equipment
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this job candidates must have proven experience supporting Video Conference systems or Audio Visual Equipment. You will have demonstrated experience in writing user manuals, documentation and training videos, as well as managing and maintaining VC and AV equipment. This job requires an in depth knowledge of Video Conference and collaboration systems.
