The Role:
As a Sales Support Executive, you primary role will be to provide inbound sales and administrative support to our clients and Brennan IT Account Directors, enhancing the client experience and the efficiency of the Account Director.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries from clients and Account Directors via telephone and email regarding their requirements and be the first point of contact for all transactional activities.
  • Provide direct support to the Account Director for required client activities, such as quotes, proposals, service and account administration
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to upsell into the client base
  • Process new internal services, cancellations and other service requests
  • Assist with commercial queries, quotes ETAs, and orders
  • Provide high level of customer service by prioritizing workload effectively based on account importance and manager input
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and files for customers which relates to proposals, contracts and correspondence in systems
  • General office administration duties, such as: phone, data entry/word processing, collating and preparing various document

What skills you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience working in a Sales Support role or similar
  • Previous experience working in the Telecommunications industry is highly regarded
  • Self-motivated, task-focused, able to use your own initiative and work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel/Word/Outlook) 
  • General understating of IT systems and products
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
