About the role
My client is currently looking for a service desk engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for providing First line Call, event monitoring, incident creation, diagnostics and resolution for all incidents managed by the Service desk.
 
About you
  • 3 years in Desktop Engineer, Service Desk Engineer position.
  • Windows Server / Hyper-V Server / Windows desktop / Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange / Lync / System Centre ( SCCM and SCOM )
  • Practical understanding networking and routing concepts
  • Relevant industry certification ( MCP. MCSE, ITIL)
