The role:

Seeking a experience Supply Inventory Analyst for Australia's leading organisation. The Supply Inventory Analyst would be is responsible for overseeing the control and storage of all stock and primarily conduct stock takes, inventory reconciliation and transactions processes and program transition activities.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is available for and supplied as required by internal and external partners across the network and manage weekly reporting on inventory control, which will involve coordinating resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile, analyse & transact inventory positions related to I-M processes.
Assist with Slow and Obsolete material reporting, analysis and task co-ordination.
Assist with weekly Stock on Hand - IRA position reconciliations and reporting.
Coordinate and report across internal departments (Financial Control; Commercial Finance; Supply; Delivery partners, construction, activation and assurance managers) and external.
Assist with reconciliation process improvement and problem solving.
Provide support to the Inventory Management team on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Skills:

Tertiary education in a supply chain, finance &/or relevant analytic field.
5 years relevant Supply Chain/ Logistics experience.
Telco or other relevant industry experience.
Analytical Supply chain/logistics experience or education / certification.
Finance / Inventory Management experience BI.
Commercial negotiation/ Reconciliation experience.
Advanced ERP system experience (Oracle preferred).
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Familiar with analytical tools and skills.
Supply chain inventory management knowledge.
Negotiation skills, problem solving and route cause analysis.
