Experienced NV1 Cleared Software Developer required for a leading Adelaide based organisation
Your new company
This reputable software engineering company focuses on providing solutions on large scale projects. Due to continued growth they now require a Software Development Lead to join their high calibre and results orientated team.
Your new role
In your new Software Development Lead role you will be reporting directly to the Program Team Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing software development work to produce operational outcomes for its projects, as well as, being able to provide technical leadership for the overall software development strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
Aside from your passion for creating and delivering strong software, to succeed in this exciting and demanding role, you will possess the following:
- Due to the nature of this work, applicants must have a current NV1 Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
- Strong understanding of DevOps with the capacity to implement infrastructure
- Experience with end to end SDLC
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and related front-end technologies such as AngularJS framework and D3.js or similar
- Experience designing and building beautiful information visualisations and user interface/experience (UX)
- Research, design, and implement complex software components for projects using tools such as UML, C#, .Net, SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with and represent clients
- Team focussed approach
- Ability to problem solve with a proactive mindset
