The Company
This Business and IT Consultancy offer trusted advice to some of the largest corporations and institutions across Australia. They are innovative and offer a range of services to their customers to help solve their business challenges. 

Due to successful expansion and growth, they now require an additional Account Manager to join their established team based in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

The Role
Your role as an Account manager will be to manage an existing portfolio of clients and consultants whilst developing new business. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Build strong, lasting business relationships with the key stakeholders within your accounts - being an advocate for the organisation
  • Regular onsite/over the phone engagements with key stakeholders
  • Source and facilitate an appropriate consultant for the clients business needs
  • Successfully deliver quality services that demonstrate real and measurable business outcomes for clients
  • Proactively developing new business and grow the existing client base
About You
The successful candidate will be customer focused, a strategic thinker and solutions driven. You will also need the following:
  • Previous experience in leading and managing successful Accounts within the ICT marketplace
  • The ability to build rapport and strong business relationships at all levels
  • Experience in dealing with enterprise clients
  • The ability to represent the client’s best interest and be an advocate for the business
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Maturity and professionalism
  • Customer focused - the desire to give clients an exceptional service 
  • Enjoy working within a team environment and be a strong team player
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
