The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting end users on multiple devices. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Telephone and Remote Support
- Maintenance of client networks
- Installation and configuration of clients Desktops and Laptops
- Minimal on-site technical support
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will have had a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar, very hands on role. You will have experience in:
- Team Viewer
- Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro
- Active Directory
- Citrix
- Exchange and Office 365
In addition you must have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive and motivated ‘hands on’ attitude
