This is a hands on technical leadership role that will see you leading a small team of 6 consisting of Developers & BA's
Your major areas of focus is the development and operations of the Microsoft Dynamics CM Platform which includes availability, architecture and security in a flexiable hybrid environment.
Essential selection criteria
- 5+ years experience in team leadership / management
- 10+ years experience in application development using ASP.Net Framework, C#, JavaScript & MS SQL Server
- Dynamics CRM development experience (preferably with 2016 experience)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work across all levels of the business (technical and non-technical) as well as with external supplier and vendors
- Experience working internally within a medium sized organisation of between 500 - 1000 employees will be a distinct advantage
- Strong technical skills that includes a good understanding of Root Cause Analysis processes
- Strong application problem solving & troubleshooting skills
- IT Degree qualified
- MS Dynamics CRM Certified
Desirable
- Experience in an Agile environment is highly
- Scrum Manager Certified is desirable
- DevOps experience including certification
- Experience in IIS Administration
- Experience in SSRS & SSIS
- Experience in Dynamics AX
