You will be a member of the infrastructure team, providing support and technical assistance for the network, IT and business systems.

Client Details

My client is a department within the government, based across all states in Australia. You will be sitting in a team of 16 across major states.

Description

Investigate and resolves problems within the network in a timely manner.

Monitor and manage services provided by third party providers.

Work with team members to identify and address gaps.

Assisting with the planning and implementation of IT projects.

Ensuring system and service meets user needs.

Profile

Must be an Australian Citizen

Work autonomously at times

Willing to work after hours

Previous experience in a Network Administrator

Experience with Ethernet networks us mandatory

Familiar with ITIL processes

Experience in Cisco routers & switches

VLAN and Firewall knowledge

VMWare and/or Hyper-V virtual is ideal
