About the Role
This is for all you creative individuals looking to challenge yourself by working on a momentous project with our shift digitally. We are driving towards digital adoption and we are looking for your help.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting brand guidelines to enhance our customers digital experience
- Managing content authoring lifecycle — from initiation, prioritisation, through to digital asset and content selection, to product owner reviews and publication.
- Create, maintain and support content changes on both the website and mobile app whilst adhering to best practice guidelines and risk processes.
- Work closely with analytics and optimisation teams to support the execution of testing initiatives across the website.
About You
- Strong HTML, CSS skills
- Understanding of UX, optimizing content for search, and analytical tools
- Proactive stakeholder management skills, and ability to create trusted relationships through communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a multitude of concurrent tasks and prioritize according to constraints (deadlines, value, etc)
