IMMEDIATE full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join one of the world’s leaders in broadcast software solutions.
The job:
Working alongside a projects and services team and face-to-face with multiple high-profile customers, the Business Analyst will undertake a variety of project tasks to gather requirements, investigate, define, document and recommend solutions that answer customer needs to build or enhance their professional broadcast media software and workflows.
The Business analyst will liaise with internal sales, product and solutions engineering teams on the proposed ”To Be” requirements ensuring feasibility, QA and timeframes are acceptable to all parties. The Business Analyst will then work closely with the customer during implementation to ensure the solution is delivered to spec. Further customer-facing UAT and training is also likely.
What we're looking for: Essentially, we are looking for a degree qualified, tech-savvy, broadcast domain Business Analyst with 4 years or more of exposure to project deliverables in a digital broadcasting environment.
- Tertiary qualification in business or technology;
- Experience in broadcast or online video domains;
- Experienced BA working on enterprise-scale projects;
- Articulate communicator with customer-facing skills;
- Detailed documentation skills;
A good understanding of digital content workflows and processes in multi-platform broadcasting environments is essential plus exposure to QA processes, user training and strong stakeholder management skills will be useful. Applicants with further exposure to professional media advertising sales systems / workflows will be highly regarded.
High-quality documentation is required and with regular customer-facing remits, strong communication skills and an approachable personality are absolutely vital.
Based in Sydney, the Business Analyst will join a supportive projects and services team working on high-profile projects across TV Broadcasting and as well as the latest OTT / online video solutions.
