A leading Financial organisation based in Sydney CBD is looking for a highly motivated Network Security Engineer with expertise in F5 & Palo Alto. This position will predominantly be Security focussed, however core networking skills in routing & switching as well as experience in datacenter technologies are essential. You will b einovlved in the design and implementation of projects as well as technical escalations. Our client is looking for someone who has the hunger and the drive to develop their skills to take their career to the next level!

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain high network availability and ensuring high level of network security
• Contribute to the design, delivery and implementation of projects
• Lead Junior Network Engineers and manage Network Security escalations
• Be the SME around F5 Loadbalancers
• Assist in the deployment of networks

What you will need to excel:

• At least 5years experience as a Network Engineer
• Strong experience with design / support and management of secured networks
• Hands-on config skills across Cisco Routers, Switches and ASA Firewalls
• Strong knowledge of F5 (LTM & GTM) - Certifications highly regarded
• Prevoious experience iwth Palo Alto and Checkpoint is a bonus
• Proven experience with client facing 
• Motivation and Drive to deliver beyond expectations
