 About the role
  
Currently we have partnered with a large, high profile client in need of a System Engineer. This is a newly created role within one of Australia’s premier retailers with offices and retail outlets spanning the country. You will be involved in onsite and remote support with the potential to be involved in some business crucial projects.
  
Essential skills and experience
  
You will be a seasoned System Engineer that has strong skills resolving level two and three issues in a timely manner. Aside from “normal” IT Support you will also be involved in support, installations and training as required.
  
It is expected that candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience with IT support up to and including level3
• Building and imaging of Windows environments (Windows 10, Office etc)
• Management of system and software updates
• Administration and management with Active Directory and Exchange
• Windows Deployment Services & Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (WSUS, SCCM etc)
• Windows and MacOS x experience
• Kaspersky or WatchGuard Security Platform experience
• Veeam Backup and Replication experience would be beneficial
