Senior Business Analyst - Workforce Management

Our client is a well-known Australian provider of services nationally to the Australian community.
As part of a large program of work that will affect the majority of their workforce, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to be a key contributor to the national project. Our client’s current landscape comprises of a large number of field workers who are using numerous systems and applications, the program of work that is currently taking place is to merge this all into one system.
Along with your strong communication skills, stakeholder management and knowledge of mobile workforce, you need to have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Strong Business Analysis skills with demonstrated experience of delivering key projects
- Solid understanding of the SDLC as well as Field Services
- Experience in Mobile Workforce Management applications
- Strong experience consulting to the business in understanding their current applications and system analysis, including integration and end-user training
- Experience in creating all documentation within the Business Analysis lifecycle
This is initially a 3 month contract position with the high probability of being extended.
