Your Role:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be provided with training and given access to an unrivalled certification program. Upon completion, you will be responsible for providing technical support and outstanding customer service to Brennan IT key clients. This is a position that will see you engage directly with our clients on a remote basis, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and the highest level of technical assistance.

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 1.5 level technical support to Brennan's client's, staff and senior leadership across Australia
  • Resolve high impact, complex technical challenges across the client's IT environment, including problem management to ensure root cause issues are addressed.
  • Coordinate, collaborate and escalate incidents within established timelines
  • Provide specialist support for incidents raised via the global service desk and maintain ownership of these incidents
  • Liaise confidently when engaging with our clients and provide outstanding customer service

What skills you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 1 years IT experience and at least 2 years in a similar role is essential: Microsoft - Windows Server, O365, Windows 7-1, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare and Virtualization support.
  • Prior experience with an outsourced service delivery environment and consulting services.
  • Proven ability to work across teams, and to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally and written
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises is essential
  • Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITSM and ITIL service management foundation.
  • Experience with LAN and WAN networks would be an advantage
