About the role
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our Brisbane CBD based office. This role is responsible for providing network support to customers in Cisco, Routing/Switching, Security, UCS and UC/Video technologies.  You will be resolving customer networking issues along with supporting Professional Services in the installation and deployment of new projects.
 
This is a hands-on role and includes field service activities, level 2/3 diagnostics and after hours on-call customer support. You will be a central point of contact and provide technical troubleshooting across environments for multiple clients
 
About you
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a multi-vendor network support environment with strong experience with Cisco networking products. You are Cisco certified (CCNP – R&S, Security or Data Centre)
 
The following skills and experience are ideal:

• Cisco security products (e.g. ASA, Firepower, Umbrella or CWS, ISE) experience.
• Cisco LAN switches 2xxx/3xxx/4xxx/6xxx and Nexus 3xxx/5xxx/7xxx experience
• Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, UCCX, Unity, Video) experience
• Cisco ISR, ASR and older Cisco platform Routers experience
