About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Desktop Support Admin / Field Technician to join the Nerve Solutions Group team working onsite in our Brisbane office.
This role will be based in the Brisbane CBD office.
You will work closely with your technical colleagues to provide high quality support to our end users.

From time to time, this role will require travel on occasion to offices throughout Queensland.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current driver's license (Mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a proactive approach
- Extensive working knowledge of Office Applications, Skype for Business, and related apps
- Extensive working knowledge of Windows 10
- Experience working with Active Directory to create, modify and delete User Accounts
- Experience providing Desktop support and using tools such as SCCM
- Demonstrated working knowledge of networking (i.e. switching, routing)
- At least one current Microsoft certification (i.e. MCP)
- Experience building and deploying PC's
- Cherwell experience (or experience with other Service Desk tools)
