Dialog requires an Integration Developer with the following capabilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design and development of web service interfaces using IBM Integration BUS (IIB) V10
  • Experience in designing, developing and supporting solutions in IBM Business Process Manager (IBM BPM) & IBM BPEL is an advantage
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile project processes
  • Expertise in defining and documenting, software / integration requirements, high and low level designs, unit testing and performance tuning
  • Strong communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, writing, and presenting with the ability to coordinate & liaise with other teams for a combined team effort towards common goals
  • Analytical skills, troubleshooting & problem solving skills with perspectives of both quick wins and strategy
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and concurrent assignments while being able to meet deadlines
