Our highly esteemed tertiary education client is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work alongside the PM & senior stakeholders to perform analysis of current state processes and to reengineer these processes to align to implementation a new research technology solution.
You will be responsible for:
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Workshop facilitation
- Requirements elicitation and specification
- Process redesign
- Service model guide development
Experience required:
- Strong senior stakeholder management with excellent written/verbal communications.
- Strong requirements analysis/elicitation/specification and workshop facilitation experience.
- Strong process definition & re-engineering (Nb. Lean/Six Sigma).
- Experience in iterative deliveries as the nature of the work will iterate via workshops.
- 5+ years’ experience in similar roles
It will be advantageous if you have:
- Experience in delivery of research based business and technology change projects.
- Tertiary institution/research knowledge or experience working within an academic division/faculty.
Contract engagement length: 6 months
