About the Role
Due to the continual investment in the development of technology solutions to support our Marketing function. An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Engagement and Delivery Lead to join the technology team. Based from our global head office you will manage the strategic IT relationship for our marketing business. Ensuring alignment between IT and Marketing you will:
- Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with corporate communications and regional digital marketing leads, so that IT is engaged early in the business / campaign lifecycle.
- Lead for IT and ‘first point of contact’ for new demand and initiatives created by regional marketing and corporate communications.
- Own the future demand and strategic roadmap for marketing and communications technology, providing recommendations on investments and supporting business case development where required, and completing evaluation of technology solutions where required.
- Responsible for the end to end delivery of projects and enhancements relating to digital marketing and corporate communications (excluding eCommerce).
What you’ll have
You will have proven experience in digital marketing, digital media and/or digital production or supporting a digital oriented client group. Project management leadership is a must as is relevant experience in marketing technology including digital analytics, digital asset management, user generated content, marketing automation, virtual/augmented reality, CRM, etc. A natural relationship builder and networker you will collaborate effectively with diverse global stakeholders while being able to gain buy and credibility through delivery.
