Role   
We are growing and it's an exciting time to join the team as our Senior Testing Manager where you will work with tier 1 clients in a range of IT projects.

You will be instrumental in setting up the entire testing framework for this project along with conducting the end to end testing life cycle.
   
Experience  

To be successful you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred) as well as five or more years of experience preferably within a consulting environment. You will also bring with you:

• Professional and versatile approach, demonstrating a consulting mentality to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders in challenging project environments.
• 10+ years consulting and technology delivery experience across agile projects with a focus on TDD/BDD.
• Presales support - attending client meetings, recommending technical solutions to deliver the right client outcomes.
• Defining a vision and strategy to evolve current automation policies, methods, practices, and supporting tools.
• Practice leadership and growth. Including responsibility for hiring high quality technical resources and then managing their technical and professional development.
• Experience/success in building/automating/testing highly integrated enterprise production environments.
• Desire to share and grow the companies’ automation knowledge through the transfer of skills and knowledge to team members.
• Technical team  leadership experience on large, complex automation projects.
• Understanding of standard reporting mechanisms, particularly in Scrum/Kanban and how they are used to track progress, e.g. cumulative flow, burn down/burn up charts, velocity and cycle time.
• Experience with open source and licensed automation tools, frameworks and scripting languages such as HP UFT (Unified Functional Tester), Tosca, Selenium, FitNesse, Cucumber and Watir.
• Significant experience of leading Open Source Test Automation frameworks such as Selenium / RestAssured / Postman.
• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOAP and REST).
• Bachelor’s Degree with a technology emphasis, or equivalent qualification.
