Our client is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to work on their ICT modernisation project.

In this role, you will:

•  be an integral part of an IT modernisation project team;
• demonstrate a talent for working with stakeholders to understand business needs and transform them into application and infrastructure requirements.
• demonstrate strengths in relationship management and communication to create structure in an unstructured environment.
• demonstrate an attention to detail and outstanding communications skills that will contribute to the success of a number of projects that are part of the ICT Modernisation Project.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• experience in business analysis (5+ years), preferably in a cultural institution environment;
• excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching and team building;
• demonstrated relationship management skills including facilitation, listening and assessment;
• demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to understand and prioritise business processes and associated business requirements and document requirement specifications and associated test criteria; and
• experience with, and ability to contribute to market testing activities (e.g. tender development, response assessment etc.).
• be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to create structure in an unstructured environment.
