As part of our vision to become Australia’s number one digital bank in Australia we are looking for a talented Business or Platform Release co-ordinator who is passionate about wealth management platforms of the future.

In this role you will work alongside capability teams and stakeholders with a key focus on facilitating, reporting, and communicating business functions & products across our Wealth Management, Banking and Financial Service division. Your role will support a complimentary team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and technologists in delivering high value for our Wealth business.

This role will see you as the key contact for internal and external teams to facilitate the communication of platform enhancements and ensuring customer experience and business value are well defined, articulated and communicated. In this client-facing position you will facilitate regular Sprint updates with key stakeholders and institutional partners. You will actively champion and manage the reporting of cross train and capability view of wealth business deliverables, initiatives and technology constraints and presenting these to the senior leadership team. As our release co-ordinator, you are responsible for the tracking and reporting of business readiness activities including details of product changes and rollout schedules to impacted business units to ensure platform changes are executed to plan.

Ideally you would bring to this role a background in wealth management and previous experience as a platform co-ordinator or platform analyst. This role requires superb communication and stakeholder management skills, data analysis skills and experience operating in a distributed Agile environment, as well as knowledge of DevOps and continuous development and improvement principles.
