Join one of Hudson’s premium clients on a permanent role in Canberra. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Cisco Collaboration Architect who can provide plan and design recommendations for design changes and design validations.
A permanent position is available for the right candidate. Minimum Baseline Clearance is required.
The successful applicant will have the experience using the following:
- Cisco CUCM
- Cisco CUC
- Cisco IM&P Server
- Cisco TMS product set
- Cisco CMS
- Cisco Prime Collaboration
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Customer consultation and customer facing skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills in VC related products
- Experience acting as a project lead to provide best practices and solutions to client collaboration technology independently
- High level attention to detail and design
- An understanding of how to break down large designs into sub-systems and connections in between
- Experience in upgrading CUCM, TMS / TMSXE / TMSPE, Cisco Unity Connection, Instant Messaging and Pressence
- Experience in designing and building Cisco Prime Collaboration
- Migrating VTS to CMS
- Experience in High level Architecture overview and diagrams
- Experience in the physical installation of servers in DC
- Experience in producing a handover to CDPP technical resources
- Experience in designing and applying QoS to the network
