With various facilities in Australia and New Zealand we are market leaders in the manufacture, supply and export of precision cutting tools and accessories, servicing Australian and International Markets. The company has an aggressive investment strategy to support ongoing research and development programs to produce "World Class" precision cutting tools and is geared for continuous growth. We are seeking to appoint an experienced M3 Systems Analyst to provide first and second level support for all I.T. application services.
The successful applicant will be accountable for:
- Ensure operational continuity of all M3 systems and software at all times.
- Perform scheduled process audits on business functions in order to ensure M3 functionality is maximised
- Assist the IT Manager in the development of M3 system upgrades with 1-5 year projections in line with business strategies and budget
- Manage the administration of appropriate interface between third party applications and ensure that they are stable and data is accurate
- Build and maintain relationships with a team of external standard IT consultants to support IT systems for M3
- Develop strategies to ensure system performance is improved and that reoccurring incidents are eliminated.
- Manage and maintain the EDI/M3 interfaces to ensure continuous and streamlined customer order processing
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated person to contribute to the company's growth strategy To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience utilising an ERP system specifically Movex or M3
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Ability to liaise with all levels within the business and develop relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
