Experience Required:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Risk & Compliance projects
- Strong knowledge of risk management, controls development and investment banking workflows, ideally across international jurisdictions
- Experience in conducting risk assessments.
- Understanding risk assessment principles - identification of qualitative and quantitative factors, measurement of inherent risk, understanding of control environments, and determination of residual risk.
- Understanding of institutional/investment banking products, processes, governance and roles and responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience with Financial Crime regulations (Anti-money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, etc) will be preferred.
