Senior Change Manager

Business and Technology change experience required .. Sitting on the Business side!

What you will be doing

• Directing and executing change management plans and activities
• Producing/Developing impact assessments to identify any gaps in; training, business process, skills
• Business and technology Change experience within either Finance, Insurance or Wealth Management. 
• Introducing transformational change management, communication and training plans across the program.
• Providing updates, support and advice to the project team to ensure change readiness and picking up any risks that need escalating
• Working collaboratively with project teams and business to assign responsibilities and identify actions

Requirements 

• Strong experience across business transformation initiatives and leading change management activities across complex projects
• Experience working with Senior Business Stakeholders to ensure delivery of change initiatives
• Great Stakeholder management, communication and time management
• Prioritisation skills to ensure change readiness and proactive management of schedules, resource, risks and issues

You must be able to deal with conflict and be able to present to senior stakeholders. So communications and make it happen attitude is needed.
