:: Summary ::
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting a nation-wide customer based. Support ranges from device configuration, maintenance and multi-user servers.
Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis/resolution and documentation will also be a primary focus of this role.
:: Duties and Responsibilities ::
Technical duties and responsibilities range from, but are not limited to the below:
- Advanced investigation and troubleshooting of IT incidents.
- Work with third-party vendors to provide.services and resolve customer based issues.
- Monitoring and management of IT environments.
- Pro-active escalation and management of critical outages and security incidents.
Support, configure and administer IT services and technologies with a focus on automation utilising Powershell scripting or other relevant solutions, including:
- PureCloud and PABX telephony solutions
- VOIP
- Mobile and Remote Computing (Windows/IOS/Android)
- AWMS support
- Citrix, Cisco, Meraki Networking
Desirable Skills:
- Relevant certifications (ITIL/MSCE/MSCA)
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Powershell or VB Scripting
- SCCM & SCEP deployment and management
