The key output here is a timely and seamless delivery of Analytic outputs to our business stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing quality controls to ensure Analytics meets quality & security standards as well as organisational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Anticipating future demands of initiatives within Analytics and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
  • Drive a culture of self-motivated learning where the team are constantly focused on experimenting and using the latest technologies and analytical practices available to ensure we keep ahead of our competitors
  • Work with the Senior Operations Specialist to support the development of a framework to identify future technical capability gaps, source effective learning opportunities to meet those needs, and ensure the broader Analytics team upskill themselves to prevent any future skills gaps.
  • Support the setup and delivery of internal led events and initiatives that showcase technical innovation, experimentation and collaboration across Analytics, such as Analytics Hackathons, knowledge sharing opportunities and other beneficial activities
  • Establish ways of working that reduce administrative burden on Analytics and enable the team to focus on delivering value to our stakeholders.

 Skills & Experience

  • system optimisation, rolling out analytical technologies and industrialisation of analytics
  • applications
