  • Support initiatives with our colleagues in CL Data to ensure effective engagement with the broader IAG business
  • Ensure we have a robust and well-maintained technology roadmap that covers things such as the processing power, storage and software to run a market leading analytics practice
  • Help develop and maintain effective and efficient analytical practices, including the industrialisation of analytical applications

Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering relevant project outcomes e.g. supporting the implementation of people development frameworks, process optimisation or rolling out new technologies to teams
  • Proven ability in quickly adopting new innovations in business to support process efficiency
  • Experienced user of project and communication tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, and various reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is also a must
  • Experience supporting teams through periods of considerable change
  • Knowledge of modern analytics/data concepts and practices would be beneficial
  • Experience working with Analytical programs such as Tableau (desirable)
