This role is responsible for building usable and engaging digital experiences for UHG customers with a strong emphasis on the streamlining and secure access of data across the healthcare marketplace.
The UX Visual Designer will be responsible for building useful,usable and engaging digital experiences for UHG customers which include our large corporate customers, medical practitioners and clients seeking medical information and treatment.
Working within our product development squad, you will focus on the tactical delivery of our digital platform while contributing to the overarching product/strategy. You will know what it means to contribute to lean and agile initiatives and a team player.
Key responsibilities and Goals:
- To provide UX design services - including interaction and visual design
- To develop mind blowing design solutions that are useful, useable and engaging
- Deliver new features and enhancements to the market
- Work closely with the delivery lead to inject savvy UI design into all that we deliver on the technology platform
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Drive cross -platform consistency
You must have :
- 5 years + experience as a UX Designer
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Extensive usage of Azure, Sketch, ADOBE CS and other design trends
- Demonstrated success in the delivery of digital experiences
- Experience in working in an Agile delivery environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage your time across multiple projects and timelines
