The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Insights & Reporting Coordinator to be a part of our Future Direction Growth & Performance Division within the Customer Service Directorate (CSD) at Sydney Trains. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the business unit in the coordination of business planning, insights and reporting activities that lead to business performance improvements and the achievement of desired customer experience outcomes.
Reporting to the Insights and Reporting Lead, your key responsibilities are but not limited to;
  • Assist with the business planning process and provide support to senior executives and managers of CSD to facilitate aligned and integrated business plans
  • Coordinate the dissemination of information regarding business insights and reporting across CSD and facilitate stakeholder meetings to enable the delivery of business objectives
  • Provide high level advice and support to the Business Strategy & Insights Unit as requested, to facilitate executive decision making, identifying potential solutions to key issues in the division
  • Coordinate and contribute to the production of regular and ad-hoc quality reporting across a range of services and systems for internal and external performance monitoring
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the Customer Experience information system to enable operational efficiency and delivery of business objectives
  • Coordinate systems and administrative processes across the business unit to support business planning, resource requirements, and procurement activities
We are looking for a proactive Insights & Reporting Coordinator who has demonstrated experience in project or business coordination role in a large complex organisation, predominantly providing high level support and advice to Business Strategy & Insights within the division or directorate while proving instrumental in facilitating executive decision making, identifying potential solutions to key issues in the division.
