The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.

Responsibilities;
  • Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and procedures
  • Direct and oversee of system projects
  • Innovate by applying new technologies in the workplace
  • Consult with other executives, staff and board members about operations
  • Identify places to improve performance, policies and programs
  • Implementing business procedures and refining existing processes
  • Serves as a liaison between management and staff.
  • Makes sure training programs for new employees are up-to-date.
  • Ensures the quality of the company’s systems and processes.
  • Makes oral presentations with visual aids.
  • Ensures that the company operates with maximum efficiency.
  • Creates short-term and long-term goals for the system team
  • Implements strategic plans and makes changes to the plan as necessary.
  • Provides leadership to employees for the purpose of attaining a common goal.
Essential Requirements;
  • A Business administrator needs a solid understanding of business.
  • Experience with building and refining business process.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be detail and goal oriented.
  • Have superior written and verbal skills.

  • Have skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Experience with NetSuite (ERP) 
  • Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
Qualifications;
  • 3 to 5 years of administration experience
  • Strong reporting background understanding documenting requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Minimum expectation of a Bachelors degree OR equivalent education/experience.
  • Team player with positive “Can-do” attitude
  • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and process amplitude.
