The Opportunity
Join the Business Project Services team working along the business to define and document business requirements, liaising with end users, systems analysts, vendor developers and testers to ensure the business requirements are understood.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define the scope of deliverables, translating business needs into quality requirements.
- Represent the business throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure delivered solutions are fit for purpose meeting the projects objectives.
- Identify and address stakeholders who may be affected by new solutions by maintaining regular and professional communication.
- Focus on the continuous improvement of the business analyst practice.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience in the development of business cases.
- Ability to process map current state and make recommendations on future state.
- Experience working on large, complex programs of work.
- Experience in the development of test cases.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience with business process mapping relating to Customer Care/Credit and Back Office processes highly desirable.
- Experience working closely with a variety of vendors.
