Green Light Australia are looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician – Level 1 to provide support and resolve any technical issues. You must have good technical knowledge and communicate efficiently with customers to understand the issue and provide appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as the first point of contact for customers looking for technical support via phone or email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
- Deliver the best solutions based on the technical issue and information received from customers.
- Escalate any unresolved issues to next level of support.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on processes.
- Record issues and solutions in call logs.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Helpdesk Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of computer systems, network devices and other tech products.
- Strong technical knowledge and willingness to enhance technical skills.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Past experience in handling difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
