Your new role
As a Change Manager within Digital changes you will have worked across transformational programs and be able to develop a change strategy that incorporates all project inter-dependencies identifying impacts from implementation. With exceptional communication skills you will manage stakeholders across the enterprise; influencing and coaching as required. With demonstrated knowledge and experience of Change Management tools and practices you will work collaboratively across the program. You will be a strong executor of change and be able to adopt innovative approaches to ensure the change is delivered effectively.
