The client is moving from a highly complex environment to a cloud solution so The current functionality in their legacy system has become inefficient to the business. This is also to transition to shared service centre offshore

Skillsets required

A generalist that has a really strong HR process analytical understanding.
Assisting in contextualising the functionality and limitation of the cloud system
Design the holistic process according to the business needs.
Perth based candidates are preferred
