As a result of a secured engagement with one of our partners, Helix requires an experienced, client-facing Project Manager to join on a long term contract. You will have a proven track record driving business outcomes, utilising tried-and-tested Project Management techniques while utilising up-to-date technologies. You will also be comfortable managing stakeholders and securing those outcomes in a large challenging government environment.

Project Manager key requirements:

• Prince 2 / PMBOK / PMP/ equivalent project management certifications
• ITIL experience preferred
• NV1 Security Clearance a distinct advantage
• Proven experience working in a consultative Project Management role
• Proven experience working in a client facing capacity
• Extensive, proven experience delivering projects in challenging, large government entities  

Project Manager key responsibilities:

• Run discovery phase including requirement gathering. analysis and workshop stage
• Manage vendor and customer relationships
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and assigning project work
• Reporting project progress and controlling reporting governance to relevant parties
• Identifying risks and driving activities to mitigate said risks
• Budgetary control of your defined project
• Coordinating heavily with customer and internal stakeholders 
• Vendor liaison where appropriate
• Ensure the customer's Project Management Methodology is applied and adopted on the project
