Evolve our Personal Banking brand by joining our high performing Digital team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll primarily focus on our online client experience. You will contribute to the way our customers interact with the bank in an online platform, pushing boundaries and challenging the norm to ensure a better customer experience.

You’ll be working to create an excellent and consistent client experience across our online products. Using your prior experience, you’ll create client-centred designs to capture the interaction flow of applications and experiences. You’ll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers to offer solutions to complex situations.

You will bring your prior experience as a senior UI designer along with your web experience across multiple digital platforms. Your knowledge of Adobe Suite, Axure, Invision, or Zeplin will be key to your success in this role.

You will have a thorough understanding of design functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces and navigation. Alongside your technical skills, you’ll have the ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

You’ll use your professional to collaborate with different levels of stakeholders, guiding them through different projects. You’ll use your customer-first mindset to ensure clients have the best experience through their digital platforms.
