The Role:
Providing technical leadership and direction on Healthcare Technology projects, with a strong focus on practical installation and configuration of Nurse Call and Communication systems and platforms.
You are a proven self-starter who enjoys challenges and taking ownership of technical projects and tasks to help your amazing team continue to achieve fantastic project outcomes.
You Will Enjoy:
- Being a key player in the industry's best delivery team
- Leading office and facilities
- Responsibility for multiple projects across Victoria
- Performing technical project assessments and formulating plans to meet technical scope and budget
- Coordinating resources to meet project and customer needs
- Performing technical troubleshooting and support – both in person and remotely
- Developing and managing quality relationships with all stakeholders to ensure achievement of expected outcomes
- Assisting with estimates and managing variations
- Participating in commissioning
- Assisting with creating documentation, including service manuals
- Participating in the On Call roster

Your Qualifications / Experience:
You have gained experience in Communication and/or Electronics from the Health sector or bring similar skills from ICT, Avionics, Bio-Medical, Electrical or Audio Visual backgrounds. You will demonstrate competence in network design, configuration and installation, whilst understanding Serial, IP and Dry Contact interfaces, with an ability to configure and fault find. Having also been exposed to GUI based software configuration and project delivery in the construction or Healthcare environment will ensure you stand out from the rest.
