Our client and role:

Our client based in Perth's resources sector are seeking the skills of an experienced Systems Administrator with an extensive background supporting enterprise system environments within the Exchange/VMware space.

Key requirements in the role:

Oversee as part of the project team to provide operational support for systems, platforms and messaging infrastructure
Heavily involved in maintaining systems reliability, capacity, utilization, recoverability and overall operational health
Maintaining Infrastructure vulnerability management activities as well as maintaining the disaster recovery readiness.

Essential experience required:

Extensive background as a Systems Administrator within a large scale, enterprise client infrastructure environment.
Broad background supporting corporate directories such as Active Directory or other LDAPs
Experience in the support and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange 2010 and related technologies
Commercial background working on Anti-SPAM anti-virus and web reputation software as well as systems specifically Trend Micro products
Commercial experience in Enterprise virtualization using VMware products
Experience supporting web servers hosting ASP.NET and/or J2EE web-based applications and/or Geospatial platforms
Enterprise data protection specifically CommVault product expeirence
