This company is a provider of electronic systems into commercial airlines globally. The head office is in a near CBD location. There is also a significant part of the business in the US providing the opportunity for international travel. Epicor has been implemented across the organisation through the ongoing support of an implementation partner. Continued growth means the appointment of an internal person to support the use of the ERP system throughout the organisation.
Reporting to the CFO you will work closely with the business to ensure the following:
- Maintain the system with updates and upgrades as necessary
- Work closely with the existing Epicor implementation partner helping support the system to integrate across the business
- Identify opportunities for implementation of new features and features not currently in use
- Understand interaction with other systems across the business and design appropriate support processes
- Identify and conduct training in an ongoing capacity as part of induction and refresher courses as appropriate
- Undertake system monitoring and compliance
- Support ad hoc ERP system requests including new user set up and trouble shooting
As an experienced ERP Support Administrator, you will be very familiar with the ongoing role of support post implementation, to deliver the most effective use of the system for the business. You will understand how to map process and engage a range of technical and non-technical people in use of the system. This is an important appointment to a growing successful company.
