About our client Our Customer is one of Australia’s leading organisations and their business value chain incorporates operational excellence throughout industry, finance and technology.
The role Their IT Service Management capability is being built from the ground up to transform the way they provide IT services to the business through service excellence. We are looking for a passionate and talented resource with interest, skills and experience across a range of service management processes and technologies, to lead, support the design and delivery of service management models.
Skill Set Required
- Demonstrated Greenfield ITIL business process experience
- Service catalogue design and implementation
- 6 - 10 years’ experience within ITIL Service Transition.
- Previous experience of managing and allocating workload to a small team of analysts.
- Experience of working on a SAP implementation and / or Retail industry experience (SAP preferred).
- Proficient knowledge of ITIL processes and their application
- Experienced in defining services for delivering SLA’s and the definition of brand new capability.
- Strong delivery experience in a multi-disciplinary Agile team environment.
- Broad range of experience with people and processes.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and experience of working within multi-vendor project environments.
