Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Participating in the development lifecycle methodology including technical requirements, design documentation, coding, unit testing, system integration, and debug of software system issues.
• Adopting Global Development standards and the following of best practice.
• Support the coding, unit-testing and installing of a range of products across platforms.
• Liaise with cross functional groups in business and technology divisions.
• Suggest ways to better improve existing processes and/or create additional ones to improve quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the analysis and troubleshooting of applications and database in all non-production environments.
• Ensure all relevant processes, checklists and standards are adhered to in order to maximise quality and reduce error rates. Triaging production issues and assigned to correct development teams.
• Make regular contributions to team knowledge base, product wikis and support documentation.

To ensure your success in this role you will bring:

• Solid experience as a software developer and designer working within a delivery team environment.
• Experience in C# .Net web development, with exposure to the development of enterprise wide solutions using object orientated programming.
• Strong understanding and experience in delivering solutions based on Microsoft technologies including the Microsoft development tools and environment, Microsoft web technologies and design/architectural
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international clients.
• Strong work ethic and a team player
• Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats.
• Proven ability to successfully gather requirements and get results with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience working on large system implementation projects.
• High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly.
