Small Bendigo IT Company has a position available for an IT Support Technician, to provide both hardware and software support services to business and domestic clients.
The successful applicant needs to have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role and have the following skill set.
- Repair and servicing of PC Desktop and laptop hardware
- Support and repair Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Support of Windows server operating systems
- Windows and Apple network configuration
- Various hardware/software diagnostic programs
- Comprehensive troubleshooting skills
Experience with Office 365 Business and exchange online experience is highly regarded as well as retail sales of PC Systems.
We are seeking an individual who has a prior experience in a retail environment, is punctual, reliable and resourceful and has excellent communication skills. Also, has the ability to take ownership of the role from start to finish, confident with their ability to troubleshoot various IT repair issues, extremely customer focused, friendly and well presented, organised, energetic and driven to meet deadlines and is able to work autonomously with multiple repairs at once.
Salary commensurate with level of knowledge and experience.
