Are you a high performing Development Manager well versed across the LAMP stack?
Are you looking for a role where you can lead from the front to deliver business critical systems?
 
We have a unique role with a major financial services organisation where you will manage the development and delivery of a bespoke loan lodgement system. Working with onshore Tech Lead and Business Analysts, and also offshore Developers and Testers, to ensure the project is stable and delivers agreed business pipeline to time and quality.
Managing a large backlog of requests and fixes alongside the Business Analysts onshore.
There is also a need for you to work closely with other partners to ensure the platform moves forward within cloud based infrastructure, liaising direct with Tech Operations teams.
The role also has exposure with the business operations teams as well as end users, with a responsibility to apply/suggest change to suit the needs of various stakeholders.
 
 
About you
Computing degree or equivalent
Experience of leading a Development team, working alongside and/or managing Testers/Business Analysts within the financial services industry.  
Experience of working with an offshore team
 
Technical stack
PHP, Javascript, CSS development experience
MySQL experience
Knowledge of Agile Methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Cloud Technology Exposure. Azure or other. 
CI/CD experience
