About the role

An exciting new opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic IT professional to manage our growing infrastructure and lead new IT projects across the company. Buildsoft is a software company developing industry-leading estimating solutions for the construction industry. We’re about making a difference, achieving results and having fun while doing it.

Some of your responsibilities would be:

• Proactively engage with internal stakeholders and identify solutions that enhance the performance, security and functionality of Buildsoft infrastructure.

• Manage and document the ongoing development and improvement of IT software, hardware, and product systems.

• Ensure that all new IT projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet expectations.

• Liaise with corporate head office to ensure Buildsoft adheres to all governing security policies and practices.

• Scoping, analysis, and management of Windows infrastructure test environments.

• System Administration of AWS products.

• IT Asset Management and liaising with vendors.

• Educating internal staff on new IT products and services.

We would love it if you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Experience with application management technologies and monitoring.

• Experience with Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Active Directory, AWS (Sass products) is desirable.

• Experience with managing and monitoring Cloud Infrastructure.

• Microsoft Certified Professional certification.

• VOIP and support phone management experience.
