Due to an increased workload we require a new IT Professional to join our team.
In this role you will responsible for providing fast, efficient, customer focused IT solutions and support to our SME clients. This position will consist of working mainly on site with some occasional travel to sites in rural WA.
You will also be undertaking various tasks from designing and maintaining LAN/WAN networks in a strong customer facing / focused environment.
Essential:
- Minimum of five years' experience in a commercial network environment
- Demonstrated experience as a Network Engineer
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft desktop & Server Products
Windows 7/8/2000/2003/2008/2012/2016/365 SQL, Exchange, Active Directory
- Local and Cloud Based Backup software's and maintenance
- Virus software and maintenance
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient time keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive
- Be an effective team member
- Reliable and trustworthy
