About the role:
This is a new role that will work closely with the Executive Manager Technology and IT Department alongside other areas of the business. The Enterprise Architect (Digital) is responsible for building a holistic view of strategy, processes, information technology assets and ensuring that business and technology mission are in alignment.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that all action is taken to enable projects to be delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Develop project plans, scopes and objectives
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage client / stakeholder relationships
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Assemble and coordinate project staff and stakeholders
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- An understanding of the Health Insurance business in relation to its technologies and risks.
- A high level of digital capability including understanding website and web api development and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Support vendors for products such as Paragon21
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Exceptional time management, decision-making and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of communication skills for clients and internal stakeholders
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in conflict management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
